21st Annual Convention cum workshop in chemistry was held on 24th February 2024 at PES’s RSN college of Arts and Science, Farmagudi Ponda Goa from 9 am to 5 pm.
Our chemistry teachers, Mrs. Supriya Angle, Mrs. Snehal Verlekar, Mrs. Priyanka Gaonkar and Mrs. Pooja Kavlekar attended this workshop. The following topics were covered in the workshop:
Session 1: Tailor-made Materials for Micro Molecules by Prof. Arun M. Isloor.
Session 2: NEP 2020 by Prof. Mahesh Majik.
All Goa Inter Higher Secondary Quiz and Poster competitions were also organized by Association of Chemistry Teachers on the same day.
Students of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, Mast. Swapnil Patil of XI Science C and Miss. Riya Talawalikar of XI science A won third place in Quiz Competition coordinated by teacher Pooja Kavalekar.
Mast. Manthan Gawas of XI Science C and Mast. Akshay Priolkar of XI science A won third place in Poster making competition coordinated by teacher Priyanka Gaonkar.
