Mr. Chetan Kavlekar and Mr. Vishal Bhandari conducted demonstration cum yoga sessions for students and teachers of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, on the occasion of International Yoga Day which was celebrated on 21st June 2025.
Demonstration of various yoga poses, breathing techniques and light meditation were held during the session.
Teachers in-charge were Mr. Chetan Kavlekar and Mr. Vishal Bhandari.
