GOA STATE WETLAND AUTHORITY ( GSWA) had organized various competitions on the occasion of World Wetlands Day 2024 at Goa State Pollution Control Board, Saligao, Goa on 2nd February 2024.
Students from DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira Goa, participated in the Street play, Quiz Competition and Short film making Competition.
The following students participated in the Street play:
Science Stream- Mast. Suyas Mardolkar, Mast. Samarth Sutar, Mast. Shravan Kankonkar, Mast. Gautam Kankonkar, Mast. Gaurang Parulekar, Mast. Shravan Morajkar.
Commerce Stream- Miss. Nikita Naik, Miss. Sawra Mishal, Miss. Arpita Dabholkar, Miss. Vidhya Jamadar, Miss. Madhavi Gawas
Arts Stream – Miss. Siya Salgaonkar.
The topic given was Wetlands and human wellbeing and our institution had the honor to win the first place among nine participating Institutions.
The in-charges were Mr. Shidesh Cundaikar wrote and directed the play along with Mr. Rajesh Korgaonkar.
