As a part of GOLDEN JUBILEE CELEBRATION 2025-2026, the Computer Science Department of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, organized a Robotics Workshop for Computer Science students of std. XI C and D on 17th and 18th from 8.00 to 10.00 am and of std. XII A on 22nd and 23rd July 2025 from 11.40 to 1.30 pm.
Resource Persons were Mr. Kalpak Nayak and Mr. Parshuram Toraskar from Qurious Minds Infotainment Pvt. Ltd.
Students had a hands on training session on assembling the robotics models mechanically and also learned coding the models using Mblock software.
A demo on a working Robotic Car was also shown.
Students found the workshop very resourceful making them future ready and it also generated curiosity in them to explore Robotics.
Principal, Mrs. Maya D. Sardessai presented a memento to the Resource Persons.
Computer Science Teacher, Mrs. Toshita Raikar welcomed the Resource Persons, proposed the vote of thanks and coordinated the event.
