As a part of Golden Jubilee Celebrations, the rangoli competition, based on Mathematical Concepts was successfully conducted by the Mathematics department of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira on 12th August 2025.
A total of 30 teams participated, consisting of two students in a team. The said competition was organized for all maths students of Science and Commerce and also for psychology students of XII Science, in order to add colours to ‘Mathematics’.
The students of K.B.Hedgewar HSS and Mustifund HSS, along with their Maths teachers were cordially invited to witness the colourful mathematics, painted on the floor.
The judges for the competition were
1) Mrs. Harsha Khorjuvekar (maths teacher of Hedgewar HSS)
2) Mrs. Reshma Naik (maths teacher of Mustifund HSS)
3) Mrs. Roselyn Luis (our psychology teacher)
Teachers in-charge were Mathematics Department Teachers.
