DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, had organized an Essay Writing Competition on 12th January, 2026 to celebrate National Youth Day on the following topics:
1. The Role of Youth in Upholding the Image of Goa
2. Swami Vivekananda as a Role Model for Today’s Youth
3. Building a Stronger Nation: The Role of Youth in India’s Progress
The winners are as follows:
1st place: Ms. Pari Bandekar(XI SCI C)
2nd place: Mast. Ryan Vaz (XI ARTS B) & Jovina Pereira ( XI SCI D)
3rd place: Ms. Anushka Sawant (XI SCI A)
4th place: Ms. Sanvi Sarsolkar( XI COM D)
5th place: Ms. Dhruvi Fal Dessai (XI COM C)
All the winners as well as participants were awarded.
