As a part of Golden Jubilee celebrations, the Department of Political Science and History of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, had organized a session on ‘Career Opportunities in Political Science and History’ for XI Arts students in our Higher Secondary School on 27/01/2026 at 11:30AM in the AV room.
The Resource Person for the session was Mr. Nagesh Sardesai from People’s HSS, Panaji.
The career guidance program conducted in our school aimed to provide students with valuable insights into various career options and help them make informed decisions about their future.
Students were encouraged to ask questions and seek personalized advice from the resource person.
Overall, the career guidance program was successful in broadening students’ understanding of various professions and motivating them to plan their academic and career paths thoughtfully.
It was a very informative day for the students and faculty members who attended the session.
