As a part NSS National Youth Day and Golden Jubilee celebrations, DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, celebrated National Youth Week on 12th January 2026.
An awareness Session on Ayurveda was organised by NSS unit which was followed by two competitions namely vegetable carving and healthy breakfast for students.
The Resource person for the session was Dr. Avinash Kande.
Program started with welcome song by tr Darshita Chari.
The principal Mrs. Maya Sardessai Welcomed the gathering, Tr Swati Desai introduced resource person Dr Avinash Kande.
Dr. Avinash kande enlightened our students with healthy habits and healthy lifestyle. Students participated enthusiastically.
Judges for healthy breakfast competition were Mrs Rupa Mulgaonkar, Mrs Lina Parab, Mrs Roselyn Luis, Mrs Shradha Naik, Miss Rakhi Naik.
