On 5th February 2026, Dhempe College of Arts and Science, Miramar, Goa, organized an outreach activity for our Class XI Science students of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, emphasizing hands-on training with advanced instruments such as the UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, HPLC, and FTIR.
The program was expertly conducted by their Chemistry Head of Department, Mrs. Deepa Audi, with support from other Chemistry teachers.
Sessions covered orientation, practical experiments (e.g., dye analysis using chromatography), data interpretation, and an interactive Q&A.
Students participated enthusiastically, acquiring valuable insights into analytical chemistry and research applications.
The session concluded at 1:00 pm.
Teachers in-charge were Chemistry Department Teachers.
