Department of Economics , Cooperation and Marathi of DCT’s Vasantrao Dempo HSS of Arts, Science and Commerce, Cujira, was successfully organized Exhibition of Models and Charts on various concepts on 19th January 2026 in our school library.
The main objectives of the exhibitions was to provide students with practical knowledge of economic concepts and to highlight the importance of cooperation in social and economic development.
The exhibition was inaugurated at 12:00 noon by our respected Principal Ma’am Mrs.Maya Sardessai, Vice Principal Ma’am Mrs. Amelia Barreto, Sir Nagesh Sardessai , Sir Satish, Head of Department in Economics Mrs. Maria Edna Da Costa and Head of Department in Marathi Mrs. Antima Satarkar.
Students from our higher secondary classes std XI Commerce -C & D participated actively and displayed various of models, charts, posters and working projects.
The exhibit’s covered important topics such as “My Goa in 2030″ (Economics) ” Young mind Creatives hands ” (Cooperation). Each model reflected creativity innovations and a clear understanding of the subject.
The students explained their projects confidently to teachers, visitors and fellow students. The exhibition’s created an interactive learning environment where student could ask questions and gain deeper insight into economics and cooperation.
The judges for the events were Mr.Dhiraj Vengulekar and Mrs.Lina Parab.The best 3 models were selected by the judges.
The event was coordinated by teacher Mrs.Sushma Kumbhar and Miss. Siddhi Dhargalkar.
