Celebration of seven core themes of Eco Clubs for Mission Life:
Theme 6: Say no to single use plastic
As part of the Eco Club Mission Life (Lifestyle for Environment) under the Samagra Shiksha, Government of Goa initiative, the Eco Club organized activities on 27th June 2026 under the theme “Say No to Single-Use Plastic” to spread awareness about reducing plastic pollution and promoting sustainable alternatives.
Activities Conducted:
• Students created posters highlighting the harmful effects of single-use plastic and promoting Eco-friendly alternatives.
• Students repurposed old clothes into reusable cloth bags, encouraging the practice of reuse and reducing plastic bag consumption.
The activities motivated students to adopt sustainable habits and support the Mission Life goal of building a cleaner, greener, and plastic-free environment.
